I haven’t posted for almost two weeks. My classes have kept me away from the site. I’m currently in post production on an experimental film, something I thought I would never make. I guess college is the time to do weird stuff. A friend of mine did some abstract art class at his place. It’s funny hearing how he would make up the meaning on the spot or let the audience interpret it. I just finished a MIPS assembly program this afternoon that uses a custom written kernel. Pretty fun stuff! The images for this post are of a sweet background Alias made for us animators and the other image is of a DVD playing as my dektop background. This happens because the object dock at the top desires to keep itself and the start menu at the top layer. I can also run programs on top of the dvd layer (Power dvd). I’m now going to write a cache buster for my last piece of work before finals. Learning assembler helped me see programming on a whole new level. Until next time.
